About the Role

We are looking for a passionate MERN Stack Developer with 1–5 years of experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building scalable web applications using MongoDB, MYSQL, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.
Build responsive and reusable frontend components using React.js.
Design and develop RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
Design and manage MongoDB databases, schemas, and queries.
Integrate third-party APIs and external services.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and backend developers.
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.

Requirements

1–5 years of experience as a MERN Stack Developer.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
Experience with HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, and responsive web design.
Good understanding of REST APIs and API integration.
Experience with Git and version control systems.
Knowledge of authentication methods such as JWT and OAuth.
Familiarity with state management libraries like Redux or Context API.
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Nice to Have

Experience with TypeScript.
Knowledge of Next.js.
Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Understanding of WebSockets (Socket.IO) for real-time applications.
Basic knowledge of testing frameworks such as Jest or Cypress.
